Everybody loves to lounge, so why not do it in style, with a touch of glamour?

As a 12-time bridesmaid (yes, really!), designer Sara Kirsner knows a thing or two about bridesmaid gifts! Doie Lounge was born, in part, from the idea that these glamorous, comfortable robes make the perfect gift for a bride to give to her maids.
Each robe is made from the highest quality, earth-friendly fabrics, and is produced locally, in Los Angeles, CA. Doie is named after designer Sara Kirsner‘s grandmother, who at 91 years old is still Sara’s style icon. Sara also draws inspiration from nature as well as all things Japanese.
Sara is a Marin County, California, native who moved to New York City in 2002 to attend the Parsons School of Design. After interning for DKNY and Marc Jacobs, and freelancing in the design department at Ann Taylor, she decided to go out on her own and create Doie, www.doiedesigns.com, in 2005, and Doie Lounge in 2010. Sara now resides in Santa Monica, and this self-professed “beach and mountain” girl is happy to be back in California!
